Action begins the first Monday — never mid-week. Weeks 1–6 all run the same rhythm. Strict discipline; repetition is the point.

What a Day Looks Like · Blocking Time for the Task at Hand
Your day is not improvised — it is architected. During intake you decided the time allocated, the time of day, and how many times per week you will act on your goal. No one is telling you what to do. You pre-programmed the app to tell you what to do based on the blueprint you set up to hold yourself accountable before the clock starts ticking.

- The Accountable Calendar holds every block sacred: the 5 AM grounding ritual, your training or practice windows, study time for the Knowledge Arsenal, family blocks, work blocks, and recovery. A pre-warning fires before each block, a take-action alarm fires when it starts, and a completion check closes it out. Miss the window and it logs against your accountability score.

- Wake to the 5 AM ritual. Open the calendar. Honor each block in order — phone silenced, attention on the task at hand. Read the day's knowledge drop inside its study block. Close each block with a one-tap check-in. Review the day before bed.
Exampleif your goal is finally learning guitar, 5 minutes before your scheduled lesson you'll get a pre-programmed reminder that the Accountable Hour is starting — it opens with a master-class knowledge drop on music theory or fretboard structure so you hit the ground running. Then at lesson time, the app serves up curated video lessons and notes matched to your level, feeding you ideas on how to fold those knowledge drops straight into your practice session.The day runs on rails you laid yourself. What's on the calendar gets done. What isn't, doesn't.

Week 7 · The Silence Begins · Passive Observation
Cohort threads archive. Mediator silent. Referees still verify, invisibly. Statistically the highest-quit week — the app does nothing about it.

- Notifications off. UI flips to Silent. No streak counters, no chimes. GPS location, timestamps, and phone analytics silently log your decision-making.

- Daily 5 AM ritual still required. Re-read your own Week-3 'why' aloud. Voice match scored silently.
The room goes quiet. Miss three daily 5 AM rituals here and the Inner Circle gate closes.
- Week 8 · Verdict
Week 8 · Metrics Sealed & The Mirror Interview
Final referee and sponsor sign-offs early in the week — disputes must close before the Mirror sits down on Day 56. You or your team regroups only after individual verdicts are delivered.

- Single mid-week prompt: 90 seconds spoken, compared to Week-4 baseline. Then the Observer/Watcher shifts to Rigorous Auditor. Your data faces your self-grade.
- Daily ritual
- Sit. Look yourself directly in the Mirror. Answer the questions. Face the data that has been reviewed. The mirror does not blink. The Mirror does Not Lie. Were you Accountable?
Transformed — or a good actor. The number decides.
Keep the Watcher on — for as long as you choose.
The 8-week course ends at the verdict. If you want the discipline to keep going, you can elect an Extension when you sign out of the Mirror — open-ended by default, or anchored to a final Sunday you pick now. Either way, you can log back in at any time and choose a Sunday for it to close.

The conditioning phase runs as a paid 8-week course. For the Group of Five pathway, that means a fixed cohort with a celebrity or professional mediator running one hour per week. The fee funds the platform and pays the influencer mediators, who run up to three group sessions a day.
