Accountable Group Sessions — The Rule of Five

A fixed cohort of five working toward the same goal. Strict 3:2 or 2:3 male-to-female ratio so opposite-sex perspective is structural. A celebrity or pro mediator runs the weekly one-hour call with controlled speaking windows.

You are never blind-sided. The built-in Calendar holds every accountability window. A Pre-Warning Alarm fires far enough ahead (default 15 min, tunable up to hours) so you can Pre-Carve the time. The Take Action Alarm fires the exact moment your window begins. Snooze or miss with one tap — Traffic, Work, Family, Sick, or Other — and the reason is time-stamped as silent evidence the Mirror will replay in Phase II.

The AI Watcher — Accountability Verifier

The proof engine. With permission, it cross-checks four passive signals against your goal: GPS, screen time, app usage, and purchases. When passive isn't enough, you choose active proof — a Referee Verifier (trusted third party confirms by email link) or a timestamped selfie. Every week you upload a 1–2 minute diary video — the running documentary of your journey.
