Choose your pathway

Solo, Duo, Watched, or Group of 5. You can self-enroll or be invited in. The pathway sets who walks the 56 days with you — everything else is the same engine underneath.

Set the goal & the 3 stipulations

Define the finish line — break an addiction, learn an instrument, become a better parent, build a business. Three accountability stipulations are set, then verified by GPS, screen time, referee confirmation, selfie proof, and your weekly diary video.

Phase I · Weeks 1–6 · Conditioning

The course always starts on a Monday. The 5 AM ritual becomes non-negotiable. Visualization, 30-second motivational drops, progress meters every 72 hours. The app is loud, present, and encouraging.

Phase II · Weeks 7–8 · Silent Stress Test

Notifications stop. The UI turns dark. The app passively logs GPS, voice prosody, and behavioral patterns. No coaching. Just data being collected against your future claims.

You sit down and answer the questions out loud. Your self-grade is matched against the silent telemetry. The Money Bucket either shatters open — or freezes until you re-take the weeks you failed.

A sponsor who invites you to be accountable sets 3 accountability stipulations they request you to follow as the reward sits in a glass jar. The moment you complete and finish Week 1 — the mental preparedness week — and the system confirms it, the full reward is revealed to you. The reward can be a bucket full of money, a dream vacation, or a new car the sponsor promises to buy you once the journey is completed. The jar shatters open at Week 8 once every stipulation is verified by the Referee System.
